Introduction I have been cooking for most of my life...once I found out if you made dinner you didn't have to do the dishes, I was off and running. I've been working in the food industry for more than 20 years. I started by making cookie dough at a small food market in Newtown, Pa. Later, they also trained me how to bake them...After years of learning, I finally made the important decision to attend The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York. I graduated in 1991 and went on to hone my skills at many of Philadelphia's finest restaurants--Striped Bass, White Dog Cafe and Jake's in Manayunk. I've taken that experience and translated it to using the freshest, seasonal, local produce in the best way I can. The products change, the ideas are fresh and everything is healthy!
