Introduction	This blog is inspired by and in honour of my fabulous Pop, Jack! His love for food and sharing it with warmth, laughter and generosity has spilled over into his family. I thank him so greatly for everything he taught me, and for my curiosity for food! I want to use this space to share, with whoever wants to check it out, recipes that are favourites of mine, have been passed down from family, shared by friends and ones that are newly discovered.
