| Introduction | I was born in Dehradun(Uttarakhand,India) and completed my School education there.I was a very keen quizzard during my school days and also won a lot of prizes for that.In June 2004 I started my Bachelors in Mechanical engineering at Vellore Institute of Technolgy,Vellore,India.I was never interested in pursuing my career as a mechanical engineer or even a software engineer as I got a job in Accenture India during campus placment. My interest was always in sustainable energy and policy related issues to them which brought me to TU/e( Technical university Eindhoven).I started my master's programme in September 2008.I am currently doing my master thesis work on Up scaling of niche experiments in PV sector in India for sustinability transitions. After finishing my masters I plan to pursue a PHD on policy and business related issues related to sustainable energy technologies anywhere in EU .I hope that this is fine for now.... |
| Interests | My academic interests include technology and policy issues related to emerging innovations specially in the clean energy sector.Currently I am working on Up scaling of niche experiments in the Indian PV sector. I love reading research articles,listening to a lot of music(almost 15 hrs a day),reading blogs on specialized academic topics,walking,interacting with people,playing cricket and most important Cooking. |
