Introduction	I am a running mother of three beautiful kids and I am only able to say both of those statements because I have a great husband and supporter. In my spare time (lol), I teach at Coastal Carolina University in the Exercise and Sport Science Department. I feel truly blessed to have such a great life, a beautiful family, wonderful friends, and a terrific job.
