Introduction	I run the Scientific Division at Tech USA; a nationwide firm that provides recruiting and staffing services to the Scientific, IT, Engineering, and Defense industries. Since founding the division in 2005, I have achieved continued success on the principals of delivering a higher quality service and building long term relationships with both my clients and job seekers. Tech USA is a valued recruiting partner for many of the regions top biotech companies, as well as a respected provider of career resources to job seekers across the nation. In addition, I am the Vice Chairman for the Center for Minority Achievement in Science and Technology (CMAST); a grassroots nonprofit that works to ensure that the region's schools and supporting organizations are preparing young students to enter the science and technology workforce. I work with the local Universities to educate students and job seekers on how to better prepare for a career in the science and technology industries. I contribute a monthly article, “Careers in Biotech”, to the Johns Hopkins Biotech Newsletter and have presented on numerous career and business topics.
