| Introduction | Yep, I'm a fairly typical geek. I'm a fan of sci-fi/fantasy/horror literature, films, and television; roleplaying games; World of Warcraft; Rock Band; etc... I am, however, adding fitness goals to my life. I'm participating in a variety of fitness-based activities, including Krav Maga, fitness games (Wii Fit and YourShape: Fitness Evolved), and the more typical gym workouts.
