| Introduction | I decided late in 2010 that it was time to make a big change in my life. I'm tired of being diabetic and I'm tired of being overweight. Early in 2010 I had to start taking insulin for my diabetes. This was a huge wake-up call for me. I realized that I was way too young to be insulin dependent, and it certainly wasn't how I wanted to spend the rest of my life. So I'm taking my life back and trying to keep my friends and family updated along the way. |
