Introduction	At age 5 I assembled my first "dish" solo:ketchup and cold, left over broccoli. I'd like to think I've come a long way since then, but no promises. However, I can guarantee an adventure, a bit of (mostly vegan) food philosophy, a few NYC anecdotes, and-just maybe-a couple recipes worth trying.
