| Introduction | I am the incarnate soul of Benjamin Braddock, living in 2010--spent my entire life drawing a blueprint for a life that, upon graduating college, I realized was not my own. I took a roadtrip to Alaska to clear my mind and discover my family roots. On the way, I met my Mrs. Robinson (in Québec of course), I learned a lifetime of lessons, and succeeded in propelling my life into complete ambiguity (who could have seen that coming?). Having accumulated a lifetime of educational endeavors and bizarre North American road wisdom and only a diploma and some pictures to show for it, I resigned myself to the life of a bleeding heart Philosopher King blogger/Starbucks barista--that is until I have my big day when I am discovered by Vogue Magazine as the fashion/entertainment icon of the century and ascend to a place of otherworldly fame. But, alas, currently I am way too inexperienced in anything practical and way too experienced in everything universal and hypothetical to be of any use to any prospective entry-level job. Therefore, I philosophize, hypothesize, fantasize, and economize while I wait to develop the will and discipline to make something of my life. |
