| Introduction | The Aztex are a First Division franchise of the United Soccer Leagues and begin play in 2009. In 2008 the Aztex fielded an U23 PDL team that finished with a 10-5-1 record, won the Mid-South Division and earned three of the five awards in the 67-team league including: coach of the year (Wolfgang Suhnholz); goalkeeper of the year (Miguel Gallardo), and defender of the year (Beto Papandrea). The Aztex are affiliated with Stoke City FC who play in the English Premier League. This blog is a way for the Aztex organization to communicate information to fans and share general thoughts on the soccer world. |
