| Interests | Hi there! My name is Valerie! I love to write about everyday things and I LOVE photos and photography. I'm still a work in progress with the photography but when I don't have my hubbys' fancy camera I use my Iphone and little Nikon camera a lot too. I love blogging, I find it sort of therapeutic (as cliche as that sounds) but I love to write to relieve stress, share things with others and then after time, go back and remember things we tend to forget in our busy lives. I love the little moments! Don't get me wrong, the big moments are great too, but the little things are the ones we tend to forget. THOSE are the things I love to look back on. I am a huge clothes, shoes, purse, makeup and fashion junkie. The designer things are AMAZING but not always functional and lets admit it, not always AVAILABLE in the valley of California. That is nothing a little online shopping can't fix though! I am a follower of Christ, I do fail him daily but I have faith he understands a heart like mine.I live with my hubby, Brandon. Our little pride and joy Pippa (a Yorkshire Terrier), our kittys: Link and Kitty (that is really her name). We love business, new ventures, travel and opportunity. I love our little home. It is a work in progress but one I enjoy taking slowly. I am a huge DIYer, thrift shop and yard sale addict. I love to find unique vintage pieces, modernize them with some sanding, new paint and accessories and incorporate them into our home. |
