| Introduction | I moved to North Carolina from Houston, Texas in July of 1995 and have been here ever since. I never expected to stay here this long but events have conspired to keep me here. I've changed careers - from computer programmer to cook. Becoming a Certified Executive Chef is my goal. Samantha and Michael, my kids, are grown up They are happy, intelligent, lovely people (and both are college graduates, I'm proud to report). In addition to being a chef-in- training, I'm also a very proud mom. I am truly lucky. |
