| Introduction | I've been trying to lose weight till I'm blue in the face! I'm here to share my journey as an overweight (not obese or morbidly obese) patient trying Wegovy for the first time after many years of trying EVERYTHING! I have several health problems caused by or exacerbated by my weight including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and knee pain so even though I don't look like the usual Wegovy patient who has 50+ pounds to lose, I have pressing reasons to need to lost 20-30 pounds. I thought it might be helpful for other people in my BMI range considering Wegovy or semaglutide as a weight loss agent to share my experience, although of course everyone's experience will be unique. I always go to the online reviews whenever I am prescribed a new medication and I'm sure I'm not alone!
