Introduction	I started out as the fastest long distance runner in my Junior High School and continued into Senior High with many accomplishments. While living in the Yukon as a family we did more hiking and canoeing than running. About 12 years ago I began to consistently run five days a week. So far I have completed 5 full marathons and over 20 half marathons. At the age of 51 I ran my first solo ultramarathon(85km) to raise money for an orphanage in Africa. I am actively involved in two local hiking clubs.
