| Introduction | I have been married for 8 years to Kelly Lancaster. We have a beautiful, active and strong minded 5 year old daughter, Hannah Jo. I'm also 31 weeks pregnant. We're having another little girl. Exercise has always been an important part of my life. However, the past 2 years I have developed a competitive spirit. The first medal I earned for completing a half marathon has been my greatest victory because I finished the race on pure adrenaline in memory of my dad. Although I am not very fast, I always look forward to my long runs where I can clear my mind and refocus. |

| Favorite Books | I'm embarrass to admit that I don't really like to read for pleasure. I am dyslexic so it takes me twice as long to complete a book. I do love children's books. Asides from that I would perfer to wait for the movie unless it's Harry Potter or The Twilight Series. |
