Introduction"So habituated are we to dealing with life uniquely within the horizontal limits of having [ultimate knowledge, materials, relationships, skills, salvation, et al], that our consciousness of an entirely other dimension, namely the vertical dimension of being [not necessarily a relationship with a god], is rapidly fading to a vanishing point." by Stephen Bathchelor... My vision for this blog is to illustrate my search for the vertical dimension of being. This blog highlights gaming and book reviews, self-examinations, pictures, critiques, and a few bitchings.

About myself: I graduated with a degree in Greek, Hebrew, and Religion from a HSU in 2002. Since then, I have come to the conclusion that "I do not know" what is truth, leading me to become an agnostic. I work for a non-profit as a counselor for anger management groups for court referred teens. I am married to a wonderful wife, Courtney, who is also a social worker and loves the outdoors. I used to play bass guitar for a band and recently play a shitload of Magic the Gathering and Call of Duty. And I too "long for the wild."
