Introduction	Thank you for following me on my life journey with Multiple Myeloma and Type 1 insulin-dependent diabetes. I was diagnosed with MM on March 22, 2011 and have been living with diabetes since February 1987. A motto to live by comes from the Japanese: "Fall down seven times, get up eight." My family, friends, and faith support me each time I get up.
