| Introduction | As a real estate professional, the aim of my blog is two-fold. If you are a property seller, my goal is to help you attain the highest current market value (price) possible for your real estate (there are a handful of basic Golden Rules). Or, if you are a buyer, my goal is to provide advice on a property's potential, and how best to secure exactly what you want. I have participated in the Taupo real estate market for over 30 years, and 16 years ago started up my own real estate agency, in it's prime today. My specialty is marketing - without good marketing you won't attract good numbers of buyers to your property, and without good numbers of buyers you are extremely unlikely to attain a sale at the best price/value possible (at the time). Marketing is key. I also particularly enjoy negotiation; with a proactive, positive approach to life, win-win outcomes seem easy to arrive at! Further, I am a licensed Auctioneer.
