Introduction	Robin Williams is a volunteer Patient Advocate. He is the only independent Mental Health Advocate in Wales. After 30 years as a senior manager, he became chronically ill and decided to devote all his time to compaigning on behalf of the mentally ill. Lynnette Spragg is a young mum from Barry who spends her days running after a toddler and battling the Health Board for fun. Currently expecting her second child, she is a stay at home mum. Together, they are a force to reckon with!
