| Introduction | Hello, and welcome to Preserving Peace! I started this blog because when I was at my lowest battling anxiety and depression after the loss of my mother, I struggled to find the tools to move forward. Being a Christian hearing of the peace offered in the Bible all my life, I still had to go through the process of healing. A year later, I by no means profess to have reached a place of perfection on this journey, but I have come to develop a deeper understanding of peace as well as habits which have helped me to find and preserve peace which are both biblical and practical. I hope that this blog can do the same for you! |
