| Introduction | A teacher's purpose is not to create students in her own image, but to develop students who can create their own image. ~Author Unknown..... I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida in 2008, three years after moving to Jacksonville. I definitely enjoy the coastal living and the friendliness of the people here. In my spare time, small as it may be, I enjoy strolling on the beach, reading, singing, and spending time with my adorable "children" - Atenea, Diego, and Dexter. I have been teaching at New Berlin Elementary for 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Though each year comes with various challenges, there are also hundreds of hugs, thousands of smiles, and more fun moments than can be counted! I am looking forward to yet another wonderful year. |
