| Introduction | My name is Maria Raspa and I am a recent graduate of Bentley University. My Health U blog was originally created as a capstone project required for graduation. I double majored in Economics/Finance and Media Arts/Design. Although academically I much prefer math-type courses, health, cooking, writing and dancing have not only always been of great interest to me, but they’ve been my hobbies since as far back as I can remember. When asked to do a capstone project tying together media with something that mattered to me I thought, what better way to influence others by sharing what I love through blogging. Thanks to the wonderful media mediums we have at our disposal, like the internet, I was able to create this blog as an avenue to share my passions with others. Even though I graduated in May (at which point I handed in this 'school project' and could've been done with it forever) I couldn’t help but keep it going. I will keep blogging for years to come – and hope that you continue to follow. |
