| Introduction | I'm a Couch to 5K-er and becoming addicted to running. I officially became a runner on 3-25-11 when I ran W5D3 and ran 20 minutes without stopping. I believe that we don't have to be skinny to be fit and we don't have to be fast to be a runner. I am an advocate for healthy lifestyles. So as long as we are constantly moving forward we are doing good things. I'm also a high school teacher with an administration degree. I love Love LOVE my job and couldn't imagine doing anything else as a career. |
