| Introduction | Theresa is the President and Founder of Tree Roots Culture Consulting and Camps LLC. She has coached volleyball for 21 years at various levels including middle school, JV and Varsity high school, junior college, Division II and Division I. She was also a part of the 2011 MAC Tournament Championship team. Prior to her 5 years at CMU, Beeckman spent 6 years as the assistant at Ferris State University. She has coached numerous all-conference and all-american players in her career and has spent time coaching camps throughout the nation. Beeckman graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a published author and veteran presenter who has spoken at various events across the country. She is also a 2008 NCAA Women’s Coaches Academy Graduate. |
