Introduction	Five years ago when I relocated to Oregon, my granddaughters, aged 8 and 6 and I starting having what we called "sewing club." After spending the year making things from fabric and doing other crafts, I went through the process becoming a 4-H leader the following year. Now we are in the 5th year of our club, given the name "the Dazzling Hands" by the members. It is so fun to see a young person discover a new interest or talent by learning to create things for 4-H projects. This what I get to experience. We started out mainly doing sewing and crocheting but this year and last year art has become a big interest for most of the kids. This blog will be a place to display and talk about what our club is doing and the skills being learned.
