Our mission is to foster a generation of independent, self-confident learners who can actively participate in the working world. Through workshops, mentorship, and practical skills training, we aim to help learners in low-income settings develop a professional identity, navigate the complexities of the workplace, and understand their rights and responsibilities. By providing guidance on interview techniques, professional writing, and mental health awareness, we strive to create well-rounded individuals who can carve their own paths. We aim to inspire learners to dream beyond their current circumstances, instil a sense of ambition, and ultimately place them in secure and sustainable employment. At Project Potential RSA, we believe in creating long-term, meaningful change for our youth, contributing to a brighter future for South Africa.
