| Introduction | I don't exactly know when my love affair with food started. I don't know when my taste buds started to notice the difference between strip steak and Wagyu. As far as I can remember I was always surfing the web for highly acclaimed restaurants, reading food reviews in magazines or watching TV to see where all the celebrities dined to find out the latest trends in food and what were Must Tries. I would compile a list of places to try and every time my parents would ask where we wanted to eat, I would pick one from my list so I can taste for myself if these dishes were really as good as they said they were. My pallet doesn't range w/ the likes of the Flays or Lagasses of the world. I'm not looking for the exotic tastes or out of the box dishes. I'm just looking for good food. If you know of a place that you think I should try or have you heard of a place that you've always wanted to try but haven't had the chance to, let me know. I will save you the leg work, or in this case, the mouth work and let you know if these dishes are really that good! |
