| Introduction | I have worked as a psychologist for over 10 years now and I have learnt so much from the clients I have met over this time. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been a part of their lives and a part of their journey. This blog is a way for me to share what they have taught me. A way to preserve the lessons I have learnt from my clients, my profession, my education and my peers. My dream is to pass on what works and what doesn't to as many people as I can.
