| Introduction | Dr Anoop Swarup is the Chairperson of the Centre for Global Nonkilling (In Special Consultative Status of the United Nations). He has worked extensively in Australia, India, and the United Nations. He is the Secretary General of Universities of Asia Pacific, has been the founding Vice-Chancellor of Jagran Lakecity University, and Vice Chancellor of Shobhit University. a Presidential Awardee of the Republic of India, and has 43 commendations for distinguished service to his credit. He founded WeVenture, the Global Knowledge Alliance, and has been the Patron, of the Melbourne School of Knowledge Management in Australia, He has been a Fulbright Fellow, a National Gandhi Fellow, a Senior Research Fellow at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Research Fellow UGC, and a National Science Talent Scholar at NCERT. A GEO Reviewer with IPCC and Resource Person with WIPO, WWF, WII, WTO, WCO, IIMA, NACEN, NIFM NADT, and Monash University. Has authored and edited many books that include 'Give Nonviolence a Chance', 'Give Nonkilling a Chance', ‘Money Laundering, Commercial Frauds and Financial Crimes' and ‘Regional Economic Engagements; Free Trade Agreements. |
