Introduction	The International Silverpoint Archives ( ISA ) is a non-profit online educational initiative and a resource 1.) to assist galleries and museums in planning fine art metal point exhibitions and 2.) to feature a collection of metal point artists and their work, who have been selected through a critical selection process to be a part of the archives. These ISA hopes to achieve through clear objectives strategies. 1. To create a greater awareness of the diversity and quality of metal point drawing in the United States, Canada, and internationally. 2. To position the International Silverpoint Archives as a premier resource for professional consulting services for the mounting and marketing of quality exhibitions of fine drawing in metal point. 3. To create an online forum for metal point artists as a way to increase awareness among artists and in the arts community at large, through a willingness to share media and techniques, as well as academic and curatorial discussion.
