| Introduction | Hobo's Tattoo Shop has been in existence since 1982 and was originally opened by one of our artists, George Benjamin. Jason Scott joined the staff in 1999 and purchased the shop in 2003. Hobo's offers walk-ins and appointments by Jason, George, Tony, Bill, and Beth. Congress St. Tattoo is Jason's second location and his tattoo home. He opened it in the summer of 2009 and tattoos out of there Tuesdays through Saturdays doing both appointments and walk-ins. |
