Introduction I'm kind and compassionate, but also sarcastic and don't put up with any crap. I am easily amused, and also think I'm one the funniest people I know. My husband is a close second. I have terrible long term memory, so I take pictures of EVERYTHING. I am an elementary school teacher of the bilingual persuasion. I love doing crafty things, but usually leave them unfinished because I have the attention span of a goldfish (3 seconds in case you were wondering). I have a love/hate relationship with Oregon because I hate the rain 9 months out of the year, but there's nothing like an Oregon summer.
Interests Baking yummies that I shouldn't be eating, music (especially singing along with the radio), watching movies with my husband, pasta, art, weekends, boba, the smell of campfire smoke, world travel, dancing, the beach (or coast as we call it in Oregon), dangly earrings, photography, sea turtles, mexico, dark chocolate, interior decorating, reading, white water rafting, shoes, sunflowers, laughing, drives in the country...
Favorite Movies Amelie, Across The Universe, Office Space, Empire Records, Il Postino, The Bucket List
Favorite Music The Weepies, Adele, The Swell Season, Jackson Browne, Thievery Corporation, Journey, KT Tunstall, Sia, Bitter:Sweet, Michael Buble, Goldfrapp, Citizen Cope, Bajofondo Tango Club, and more...

Never mind the turtle. Don't you think you're sure to win?

I say mind the turtle. He's much more graceful than that stupid rabbit, and he actually takes the time to stop and smell the roses... figuratively of course, he's got a race to win.
