Introduction	I have a life-long interest in birds, my parents taking me out at an early age around the hills of Scotland. First birded Reculver in 1979 and school years mostly spent birding Reculver and Stodmarsh. In the mid 90s started bird photography. Now spend most of my time in the Reculver area. Favourite time of year is September. I've had trips abroad to Poland, Greece, France, Bulgaria, Hungary and several times to Spain. I also love dragonflies and butterflies and with Tim Hodge found the 1st adult Willow Emerald Damselflies to be seen in Kent, at Chambers Wall in 2010.
