| Introduction | I like preserving, it's much more satisfing than cooking a meal. It lasts longer than the 20 minutes it takes my family to eat a home cooked dinner. I love filling jars with colourful preserves, I actually get quite attached to them. I started off just selling my excess preserves to friends. I sold so much that forst Christmas we had to have shop brought chutney on Christmas Day ! I now visit local fairs and fetes, but most of my custom is via word of mouth and repeat orders. I also do deliveries near to Stithians. |
| Interests | Making jams, jellies, chutney and curds. Making sweets, candies and chocolates. Car boots and then ebaying.... Holidays to France. Collecting food from the wild. |
| Favorite movies | It's been hard to watch anything not involving cartoon characters since I became a Mum. Plus if I sit down to watch something with plot, decent actors and scenery I tend to fall asleep as it's too quiet ! |
