| Introduction | I had Weight Loss Surgery back in 1986! I have lived at a healthy weight since 1997. I have been married to Curtis for almost 26 years and we have a son Brian, who is 22 and mildly autistic and a daughter Laura, who is 19. Both still live with us. My goal is to inspire others to discover the joys of being fit! Fitness and health are great blessings. Too many miss out needlessly because they won't work to acquire healthy habits. It's so sad for them; so little effort is required to get such great results! If an old slug like me can get fit, most anybody can! |
