Introduction	June 2015 I plan to cycle from my home in Waterford, Ireland down the Atlantic coast of France to Bilbao Spain, unsupported, mostly camping. Goal before hand is to lose 4 stone (56 llbs, 25+ kolo), and get fit. It all starts with a cycle and eating the right food......follow me on my journey......keep smiling :-)
