Introduction	Hi :) my name is Donald Morgan and I am currently in my 3rd year at Texas Lutheran University. My major is Kinesiology and when I graduate I plan to be a high school football or basketball coach. As a future coach I am not just leaning about sports, but I am also learning about childhood obesity and how it is affecting our society into living a more sedentary lifestyle rather than being active. This is what has lead me to writing this childhood obesity blog. As a coach I love sports and love helping kids. This blog is to help parents as well as children understand that being healthy is the best way to live your life. Being healthy can lead to a LONG Life. Don't cut it short because we are unhealthy.
