IntroductionI left a career in teaching when we welcomed our first son. We are now blessed with three boys, 17, 15, and 10, and I continue to be a Stay at Home Mom (SAHM). Although we’ve made sacrifices to live on one income, we like to think that my being here is making a positive difference in their lives. Most days I do the normal household chores like, you know, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. But I like to spend time on the important things, too, like building with Legos, conducting tickle wars, and challenging my boys on the latest Wii Game!
Finding frugal (and creative) ways to meet our needs is a constant goal.
I love working with children both at home, and at church, gardening, crafting, reading, and finding great bargains. I also love recipes which are easy, family-pleasing, and don't take exotic ingredients!
We not only raise our boys in prayer constantly, we pray that He will help us to raise them up to love and honor Him with their own choices.
I hope you’ll find encouragement, as well as fun ideas to enhance your own family's journey and ministry. God Bless, and thanks for visiting!
InterestsReading, writing, gardening, wood crafts, playing with my kids, children's ministries.
