| Introduction | The goal of sweetest dew is to elevate the way people view tea. Tea is as much a science as it is an leisure practice. We want to hieghten peoples understanding of both of these area via exposure and education. The flavors, aromas, and feel of tea as intoxicatting as they are the result of real life things such as terroir, leaf varietal and making practice. Our Blog posts will introduce you to these factors and be a factual source of information so you can better understand truely how complex tea is and all the things that go into a good cup. The goal of our blog is to educate you so that you don't go through your tea journey blind. Knowing some of the basic information, such as a teas famous terroir, will better help you better buy good tea and objectively judge the tea you have. Sweetest Dew is also focused on exposure. You can't truely understand good tea until you have tasted it. We will offer chances to taste good tea via regular social meet ups and eventually offering a limited supply of tea sourced by our hands directly. |
