| Introduction | I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. In 2002, I arrived in this tiny Micronesian island called Saipan. Don't worry, if you haven't heard of it you're definitely not alone. Just to make it clear, it's not Spain, it's Saipan. Anyways, I spent four memorable years there and I'm proud to call it my second home. Oh, how I miss that place every single day! Late 2006, my job brought me the opportunity to move to Hawaii. I spent 3 months in Waikiki and I enjoyed every bit of it. Now I'm living in Maui which most people call their paradise but I don't know, it's a little too quiet here for me. I like noise, I like crowds. But hey, can't really complain, huh? I'm a new mom! The love of my life, Kai was born on Jan. 3, 2008 and now everything for me has changed. I had an instant switch from being a "big time party all the time girl" to "plain diaper-changing soccer mom". I'm done.... It's all about him now. Although my life right now isn't exactly what I pictured it to be, he inspires me to make things better each day. Who knows? Maybe my life is just beginning.
