| Introduction | Growing a Grandma Was Designed for us Young-at-Heart Older Women This can be a challenging chapter for us women . Our grandmothers were old, so were our mothers. We on the other hand are a fiesty and sassy bunch. Or we want to be. We still have a whole lot of living to do before we succumb to whatever it is that one succumbs to. We want to travel, there are crafts we want to learn, we want to shop ( of course we want to shop!), we want to look good, and feel good, we want to enjoy our selves, our bodies, and those around us. We want to learn healthy life skills ( yes, even now at this age) and change and get rid of the stuff that no longer serves us . Lets do this! |
