Introduction I was born in Wales and spent half of my formative years in Wales and half in Belgium. I studied English Literature at University and afterwards moved to London to work at an international consultancy company where I could use my languages. I left my job to pursue my passion, and trained as a chef de patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy in London. After a time working at a michelin starred restaurant / tea parlour in London I decided to establish iced.
