My glass is always half full, never half empty. I don't care what knocks you have in life as it gives no one the right to be an idiot. Use those hurts, those disapointments, those regrets, those things which have really really hurt you big style and turn all that negative stuff into something positive. Go and do something crazy like run 100 miles or cycle 1000 or swim the channel. Hey, lets do it all for charity eh. Quitters never win and Winners never quit.
