Introduction To me, it's the ultimate challenge: cooking for just one person. How do I make multi-dish meals for one and not want to die? How do I-a very amateur cook- manage grocery shopping, dietary needs and leftovers? What on earth am I going to cook tonight? As I don't like eating lots of meat, most of the meals that I will be creating will be vegetarian (some will even be vegan!).
