| Introduction | I have strong hands and lines around the eyes. I am young-hearted. I am diplomatic and fearless, nurturing but not doting, sharp but not vindictive, welcoming but not a pushover. I sing a lot. My eyes change color depending on the weather, and I can see well at night without a flashlight. I'm quintelingual. I can pick locks and hammer nails swiftly and skillfully. I have a steady hand for letters and a clear tongue. I drink tequila and champagne and 8 glasses of water, daily. I believe art can expose the ugly and remind us of the beautiful. Silence is useful sometimes, not always. Words are like stones--to be chosen carefully and not thrown around. I believe that what is on the other side of fear is courage. Therefore, we do pirouettes. Children and animals have much to teach us if we listen to them. I'm frail from the years and thus, sadly, homebound. But not inactive. I have many teachers, students, and sisters. They are the ones now in the streets, to represent. |
