| Introduction | André is a PMI (Project Management Institute) certified PMP® (Project Management Professional). André T. Gomes has a degree in Software Systems from the University of Hertfordhire, UK and has attended a postgraduate course in Project Management at Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto de Coimbra. André started his career in the UK and has developed it in the Banking industry as a Project Manager in Portugal and has an extensive experience in the implementation of methodologies, processes and Project Management techniques, namely in project planning and Earned Value Management (EVM). André also has experience in the design, development and conception of advanced project management courses, particularly in EVM and Microsoft Project Professional. André has recently designed and developed an unique project reporting tool based on Earned Value Management which shows project performance status, progress, trend and forecast. André has been awarded the title of Subject Matter Expert in Earned Value Management within the Project Management Business Unit at GTBC. |
