| Introduction | By now, I think all of us have heard enough about nursing practice, nursing standards, nursing credibility, nursing credentials, professionalism, evidenced based practice, blah-blah, etc, etc., ad nauseum. There are plenty of writers and journals for all of that stuff, and I encourage them to keep at it, but I must say, it's often quite tedious and boring. I would rather make funny, with a rhyme, and tell the world what's really going on at the bedside. |

Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?
Having stepped on a banana peel less than an hour ago, quite clearly it would be easier to fly than with a wet sock.
