| Introduction | This is a whole new adventure for me, in more ways than one, as you will see. My husband (Dustin) is the eloquent and funny writer and speaker (being a preacher and all), so maybe his talents will rub off a little here on this blog. I am a midwest girl, but my life journey has taken me from my home farm near Fisher, IL to Wheaton, IL to Denver, CO to Las Vegas, NV... (pause- yes, I married a preacher) and back to the midwest in Lincoln. I work at the local critical access hospital as a physical therapist and am involved in worship ministry at our local church. The kitchen TV is usually on Food Network or ESPN when I am working in the kitchen. My french press is my most-used kitchen "accessory," and I love to make extra for friends/family to share! Dustin and I also joke about our house being the Fulton Bed and (get your own) Breakfast, as we have had numerous people stay with us since we have moved here. We have been married over 5 years, and recently added our charming little guy to our family- as you will see in the details in this blog. This leads to one last thought- God is faithful. |
