Introduction	I'm a former educator in the public school system, now I stay at home with my munchkin, and try to educate myself in all things I enjoy. I'm a wannabe chef, a newly christened fitness instructor, and a self-proclaimed "fat kid". I enjoy going to the movies with my husband and trying to make our garden fruitful. I enjoy taking our tiny, ankle-biting dog out on walks, and I always enjoy meeting new friends.
