| Introduction | I'm a Loan Officer in Southern California. I started in the Mortgage business after I injured my back in 2003 and was no longer able to work in the family construction business. I have to admit I was surprised to find that I really enjoy it. I thought it would be all paperwork, and though that is a big part of it, I have found that it's really about helping people. I love that aspect of it. I feel a great sense of satisfaction helping a family to get there first home, get out of debt, fix-up their home, or whatever their financial goals may be. My goal with this blog is to take the mystery out of the loan process. I've found that a lot of my clients and people in general are in the dark when it comes to home financing (through no fault of their own). The mortgage industry has a language all its own, I would like to translate for you, explain the whole process, answer your questions, and we will try to have fun along the way. |
